Associate Ladan Shelechi graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Minor in Political Science. Ms. Shelechi received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2015. Notably, while at Loyola Law School Ms. Shelechi externed under the Honorable Sandra R. Klein of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District, served as President of the Women’s Law Association of Loyola, and served as Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Review where she also published her Note on First Amendment protections. Ms. Shelechi began her career practicing civil litigation and prior to joining the SHCP law team Ms. Shelechi served as In-House Counsel for a technology start-up company in Irvine, California.
Ms. Shelechi’s legal expertise includes Commercial and Business Litigation, Insurance Defense, Construction Defects, Automobile Liability, Employment Law, Transactional Drafting and Defense, and Business Formation. Ms. Shelechi is admitted to practice before Sate and Federal Courts.
